1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Om Express Packers and Movers ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Om Express Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, storage, and related relocation services in Bangalore and across India. Services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion. The booking number issued is your reference for all communications.

4. Pricing and Payment

All quotes are provided in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on actual goods volume, distance, and conditions. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. GST (29AADCO4130H1ZK) will be applied as per applicable government rates.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the goods to be moved
• Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations
• Declare any prohibited, hazardous, or high-value items
• Be present (or have an authorized representative) during pickup and delivery

6. Liability and Insurance

Om Express takes reasonable care of all goods in transit. Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the invoice value, whichever is lower. We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance. Items not declared or inadequately packed by the customer are not covered by our standard liability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move incur no charges. Cancellations within 48 hours may attract a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted amount. No-shows on moving day are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
